  • OPPORTUNITY

    Pandora had approximately 250 million registered users in 2013 as a radio-only product, but needed to activate and engage these users in order to increase listening hours, and thus drive advertising and subscription revenue.

  • EXPERIENCE

    Focused team efforts to drive key performance metrics on the mobile app platform, leading to increased performance, output and results. High impact features launched included an A/B testing platform, Station Recommendations, personalized Mobile Push notifications, Proprietary Ad Targeting segments, the Pandora Alarm Clock, new Free Trials for the Subscription business, a new Listener Onboarding system, and Artist Analytics dashboard.

  • RESULTS

    11 months with daily active listener growth and diminished season declines (Triton Digital metrics, April 2014). Record monthly active listeners at 77 million in May 2014, total listener hours of 1.73 billion in May 2014, 94% year-over-year subscriber and subscription revenue growth and ad efficienty growth of 44% year-over year in q1 2014. Pandora's stock price increased from approximately $13/share to $40/share during this time.
